Agreement
By using this website or engaging AnchorWeb for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who books a consultation or purchases a service.
Services
AnchorWeb provides web design, development, technical SEO, performance engineering, infrastructure management, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement, that requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Payments
Payment terms are specified per project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on any project with outstanding invoices over 30 days.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables including all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We may use open-source libraries and third-party tools subject to their respective licenses, ownership of those components remains with their respective authors.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or materials needed to complete the project. Delays caused by late client response may affect the project timeline. You confirm that any materials you provide (text, images, logos) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately. We will always notify you before undertaking out-of-scope work that incurs additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
AnchorWeb's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates, these depend on factors outside our control.
Website Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of this site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
