Overview
AnchorWeb ("we", "us", or "our") operates anchorweb.dev. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or book a consultation, how we use it, and how we protect it. We keep this simple because we have nothing to hide.
Information We Collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide. When you book a consultation through our booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your preferred date and time. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising cookies. We do not collect any information passively beyond standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) which are used solely for security and performance monitoring.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit through the booking form is used only to confirm and coordinate your consultation. We use your email to send a confirmation and calendar invite. We use your phone number only if we need to reach you directly about your booking. We do not send marketing emails, add you to any mailing list, or contact you for any reason unrelated to your booking unless you explicitly ask us to.
Data Storage & Security
Booking data is stored in a secured SQLite database on our server, protected by firewall rules and rate limiting. The site is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment information, we do not process any payments through this website. Booking records are retained for the duration of our working relationship and deleted upon request.
Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We use Cloudflare for DNS and network security, their privacy policy applies to traffic passing through their network. We send booking notifications to ourselves via Telegram using their API; your booking details are transmitted to Telegram's servers for this purpose only. No other third-party services receive your data.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only browser storage we use is the Cache API to store page content locally on your device for faster navigation, this contains only page HTML and no personal information.
Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at jack@anchorweb.dev and we will respond within 48 hours.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
